At Akshar International, we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of our diverse range of products, including herbal products, biodegradable items, spices, lentils, and auto parts, to both international and domestic buyers.

  • International Orders: All international orders are shipped and delivered exclusively through registered international courier companies or International Speed Post. Shipments are dispatched within 15 days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date mutually agreed upon at the time of order placement. Delivery timelines are subject to the norms and schedules of the chosen courier company or postal service.
  • Domestic Orders: For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or Speed Post. Shipments are dispatched within 15 days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date, subject to the courier company or postal service’s standard procedures.
  • Delivery Terms: Akshar International is responsible for handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the stipulated timeframe (15 days or as agreed). However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities beyond our control. All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer during the order process.
  • Service Confirmation: Delivery of services, where applicable, will be confirmed via the email address provided during registration.

At Akshar International, we are committed to providing exceptional service and supporting our customers with a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. This policy is governed by the principles of Incoterms 2020 and complies with international trade regulations, including World Trade Organization (WTO) guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

  • General Cancellation Terms: Akshar International maintains a liberal cancellation policy to accommodate our customers. However, cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been placed and communicated to our vendors or merchants, or if the process of shipping has been initiated.
  • Perishable Items: Orders for perishable items, such as flowers, edible products, or similar goods, are not eligible for cancellation due to their nature.
  • Confirmed Orders: Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed in accordance with the agreed payment terms and Incoterms 2020, cancellations and refunds are not permitted unless explicitly approved under the conditions outlined below.

Refund and Replacement Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 5 days of receipt. The request will be evaluated, and a refund or replacement will be considered only after the merchant or vendor verifies the condition of the product. Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless the damage or defect is substantiated.
  • Perishable Items: Refunds or replacements for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) will not be provided unless the customer can clearly demonstrate that the product was delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, subject to verification by the merchant.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues should be directed to the manufacturer for resolution in accordance with their warranty terms.

Refund Process

  • In cases where a refund is approved by Akshar International, it will be processed in accordance with our internal policies, Incoterms 2020, and WTO regulations. Refunds will be issued to the buyer using the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
  • Refunds will only be processed after thorough verification of the claim by Akshar International or the respective merchant.
